How do i track my order?

You can easily track the status of your order by entering your order no. In the “Track my order” box which is displayed on the home page and also accessible in the menu bar. Simply enter your order number in the box and the status of your order will be shown.

Where do i apply my coupon code?

If you have a valid COUPON code it can be applied at the checkout before completing your purchase.  Simply type your valid Coupon code in the box named “Coupon Code” and click APPLY COUPON. Your coupon will now be applied to your cart total. (as shown below)

My payment is being rejected due to an “incorrect postcode” error at checkout?

Not to worry, if you receive this error message, just put a space between your postcode. For example WC2E9DD should be typed WC2E 9DD

Do i need to register an account to place an order?

Registering an account is entirely optional, you can place an order without registering, although we recommend registering as it lets you keep a track of your order

What happens after I place my order?

Once you have made your payment at checkout you will receive an order confirmation which will include your order number, address and details of the item(s) you bought. As soon as your item(s) are ready to dispatch, You will then receive an email and text on the number you provided at checkout, confirming your delivery date and tracking number

How long will it take to deliver?

We know fast delivery times are very important to you, and we want to get your order to you as fast as possible. We take great importance in fast delivery, rest assured your order will usually be with you within 1-3 working days.

Which courier do you use?

We use our own delivery vehicles but when demand is high we use DPD, UPS or a local courier in order to avoid your order being delayed.

I live on the 3rd floor, will the courier bring the item up to my property?

unfortunately DPD and UPS Local delivery is to the front ground floor door only.

How are the mattresses packed?

All our mattresses come rolled and vaccum packed which makes it easier for you to move to your desired room.

How do i unroll my new mattress?

Simply unbox – Position in your desired place – Unwrap the plastic packaging-  and watch your new mattress Magically expand to its original size!

When can i sleep on my new mattress?

Once you have opened your mattress and it has conformed to its original size, your mattress is ready to sleep on although we recommend allowing the mattress to air out for 12hours

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable or defective condition from our side, please contact us immediately by filling out the contact us form, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
